“Is there a country we can move to where common sense prevails? The nutcases in the USA are totally ruining the greatest nation on earth.”

Relax and stay put - Americans just elected a serious, world class nut cracker.

BLM is blacks being exploited by communists behind the scenes. This exploitation has been going on 90 years. This should be a case of communist subversion and prosecuted as such.

Reds Exploiting Blacks: The Roots of Black Lives Matter

BLM launched in 2013 with a Twitter hashtag, #BlackLivesMatter, after neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman was acquitted in the Trayvon Martin killing. Radical Left activists Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors and Opal Tometi claim credit for the slogan and hashtag. Following the Michael Brown shooting in August 2014, Dream Defenders, an organization led by Working Families Party (ACORN) activist and Occupy Wall Street anarchist Nelini Stamp, popularized the phrase “Hands Up–Don’t Shoot!” which has since become BLM’s widely recognized slogan.

Garza, Cullors and Tometi all work for front groups of the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO), one of the four largest radical Left organizations in the country. The others are the Communist Party USA (CPUSA), Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), and the Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism (CCDS). Nelini Stamp’s ACORN—now rebranded under a variety of different names—works with all four organizations, and Dream Defenders is backed by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), the ACLU, the Southern Poverty Law Center and others.

FRSO is a hereditary descendant of the New Communist Movement, which was inspired by Mao and the many communist revolutions throughout the world in the 1960s and 1970s. FRSO split into two separate groups in 1999, FRSO/Fight Back and FRSO/OSCL (Freedom Road Socialist Organization/Organizaci?n Socialista del Camino para la Libertad). Black Lives Matter and its founders are allied with the latter group.

BLM is just part of the continuous spin of Acorn -> OFA -> BLM
All the funding from these operations come from a bank in ... guess where?
Louisiana

I often think that much of the $$$ for Katrina got funneled into the same bank.
It would explain why after the Gov sent all those funds there, Acorn began to go global.

Doesn’t say that DeRay can’t be sued. But BLM serves as a buffer between him and justice.

If it cannot be sued then neither should it be able to sue.

"Paid off by Soros."

That reminds me, somebody needs to ask White House press secretary the status of the Soros petition.

Declare George Soros a terrorist and seize all of his related organizations' assets

Good questions. Some white guy should register the name and the sue people using it for infringement. ;)

Judge Brian Jackson ruled Thursday that Black Lives Matter is not “an entity of any sort,” and like the tea party or civil rights movement, it can’t be sued.>>>>>>>>>>>>>

They seem to be an organization, they have a web presence, they collect funds through donations and therefore have a bank account.

Interesting what happens when even the judge happens to be liberal fascist. He was wrong, and in doing this he is assuring more violence in the future.Thats the Saul Alinsky “Rules for Radicals” ideology at work, a little bit at a time.

We were warned:

WRONG. BLM IS BLACK COMMUNISTS serving their own self interests. They are being exploited by no one, they know exactly what they are doing.

I wonder if that means that Pro-Life is a movement that cannot be sued?

If the Tea Party organizer buses in people, supplies weapons, advocates that they commit violence, and they follow his directions to commit violence -— then, yes. Caveat — a lawsuit against an individual organizer might be more difficult to dismiss.

Thank you for referencing that article doug from upland. Please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

Regarding the referenced article, patriots are reminded that the Founding States made the Constitution’s Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 to prohibit the feds from establishing protected / privileged classes which is what this activist judge is effectively wrongly doing imo.

"Article I, Section 9, Clause 8: No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States [emphasis added]: And no person holding any office or profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state."

But an even bigger problem than this judge imo, is that career lawmakers left over from the lawless Obama Administration are predictably going to remain silent about ongoing federal government violations of the Constitution.

This is why patriots need to pink-slip as many incumbent lawmakers as they can in the 2018 elections and replace them with Constitution-respecting patriots who will also support Pres. Trump’s vision for MAGA.

In the meanwhile, patriots need to make sure that there are plenty of Constitution-respecting patriots on the primary ballots.
