No, the message she means to convey is that blacks don’t work hard, don’t want to work hard, and shouldn’t have to work hard because that is not part of their “blackness.”
They are sometimes forced to work hard because of white oppression forcing white ideology on blacks or because they are persuaded by whites to eschew their true disposition on work and adopt the ideology of whites.
It won’t be hard for many blacks to adapt to Islam which would teach them that any non-Muslim must be made into a dhimmi who works for them.
