And if Thomas and others follow the lead of their peers on the Jacksonville Jaguars and Baltimore Ravens last week at Wembley, after kneeling during their country’s anthem, they will stand and show respect for the British anthem.

Americans showing more respect for a foreign country’s anthem than their own.

The very idea feels like a betrayal to the USA.

Let’s stand for the anthem of the slave selling, genocidal British Empire war machine

Are they kneeling in prayer giving thanks to their African ancestors selling their ancestors out of the jungle and into a more civilized and prosperous world? If not, they should be giving thanks because I don’t see any of them trying to go back to mud huts.

What I wish they would understand is no one I have never heard anyone claim our country is perfect! Our country is however the greatest land of opportunity and freedom, and there is a system to bring about change. There have been many changes over the years and many wrongs of the past have been recognized as such and changed. We can work together to keep moving forward. We cannot go back to right any wrongs. Many seem to feel if we are not perfect we are worthless, and not even worth working toward making changes.

I have no idea what the solution might be when so many seem to see it all as hopeless. Disrespecting this country is not the answer, that I know.

Everyone in the world wants to come to the USA.
Once they get here and live the life, they bitch about how bad it is here.
But try to get them to leave and you need dynamite, or ICE.
Love it or leave it scumbags.

They are so eager to display anti-American feelings, do these guys even realize what they’re implying? I tend to doubt it.
Many of them grown men with a 13 year old peer group mentality.

On FR, some of us compare the lib nfl players to the dixie chicks and megyn kelly. All these fools despised their audiences, and covered it up until they could stand it no longer.

However, here is another thing with which we can compare the lib nfl players: the dolts of the Paul Wellstone Funerally.

The libs in both the nfl and the funerally behaved inappropriately given their chosen settings for their political demonstrations.

And the funerally resulted in damaging the libhole agenda: rove (who was still the magnificent bastard back then) pulled off the rare feat of gaining seats in congress for the president’s party in an off-year election. The backlash against the funerally contributed greatly to these wins for Dubya.

So if the funerally damaged the lib agenda, the lib nfl protests will damage the lib agenda in the same way.

That is a devastating way of portraying the situation. It accentuates the crappiness and cluelessness of these blm nfl ingrates

The Leftwing NFL leadership along with the bankrupt owners invited this grotesque disregard. So they must pay with a financial level of hurt they’ll never forget.

A devastating portrayal indeed.

There are plenty of LEO-hating thugs on their knees. The other idiots kneel in contemptuous solidarity.

The NFL and the owners know damn well the kneeling is a protest against LEOs combined with a general hatred for the Flag and Country. The NFL commission and the owners deserve a serious financial bitch-slapping.

They are traitors and need to get their asses kicked. Now how about the other teammates who stood? They’re pissed too.

No NFL or Budweiser in my house until they clean up the un-American aspect of the league.
