A bit off-topic, but I have to say that I am SO happy that WTIC 1080 is finally rid of Joe Furey, the weather guy who sounds like a drunken Julia Child. Good riddance... Ole Joe is WTNH/Channel 8's problem now.

Eye-related. Was told that the accident did not affect my right eye. At most a bruise. That gave me peace of mind. Have been trying to get info about the LV shooting while out. So much to cover.
Plus I suspect old Joe must have gotten the bill for kid’s college education and decided to go to Channel 8.
