Seeing him at anti-Trump rallies, the Facebook postings of his Communist girlfriend, the “polyamorous” relationship he was in with her... they all confirm him as a Leftist. And a big reason he shot up a country music festival is because country fans are disproportionately Republican.
However, his profile isn’t very typical of a Leftist. I suspect his radical political views developed relatively recently, and had a lot to do with his relationship. Since he was such a regular at a lot of the Vegas establishments, I also suspect that he attended numerous “comedy” shows (which are frequently anti-conservative and anti-Trump), and he may have taken their “Trump is the end of the world!” message more seriously than they did.

Looking vaguely like some out of focus pic is not proof of identity, just wild speculation.
The video of an anti-Trump rally includes a frame of a guy (wearing a pussy-hat) and a woman that do look like the couple. Not conclusive, but suggestive. We really need more, IMO.
Pretty sure that history's been attributed to a completely different person on several threads today.
He didn’t have a Facebook page and the picture of him at a rally was a random old dude.
