I've seen reports of both. Gunfire exchange with LEO and he was found dead in the room. Which was it? Girlfriend was person of interest and then out of the country? WTF?

Cops blew the room door, and they speculated that’s when he committed suicide.
I would guess that so he could make sure he wasn't taken alive.
