Also I can understand his brother’s shock but he might not be aware of any affiliations the shooter had because they lived across the country from one another.
I haven't seen any convincing evidence that this is the same guy other than the narrator of the video claiming it's him based on the guy at the rally vaguely looking like Paddock.
Why would someone drive all the way from Mesquite NV to Reno so that he could walk around a street corner carrying a sign? That's a long way to drive.

The guy in the video has a much rounder head than the suspect in the photographs who's head is longer.
There isn't enough room in the pink hat to fit the upper half of the shooter's head.
Also, the shooter wasn't affiliated with NASA. That was Dr. Stephen Paddack.

The person in the video MAY be him. It looks like him, but it is inconclusive.
