I’m one of those Freepers. But if bullets were flying through the hotel room door, one would imagine the sniper was behind it. And if he was, then how would he manage to sneak out?

Interesting theory that forensics can dis/prove.

The rounds can be connected to the gun, and the gun to the shooter. Situation requires “actual sniper” to be in same room, and yet escape (or somehow mingle with the SWAT team.)

I'm also of the belief there where two shooters. Two cops reported two shooters. Video/sound of weapons going off far apart from one another.

These terrorist where living at this hotel for a while. Meaning they could have cut a hole into another room for their escape. It wouldn't be an obvious hole. It would take time to find.

Hotel cameras should pick up who they where.

Heard to rumors - has to be a ton of forensic evidence that would prove he was the one doing the shooting --- or give credible doubt.

Some "what ifs" are great but a lot are just folks trying to fantasize about thinking up something nobody else thought about - with good reason....
