No, dumbass, the NRA doesn’t run the country.

The NRA has about 4.5 million members or about .014 percent of the US population, whereas approximately 55 million US citizens choose to exercise their rights under the US Constitution. Some of us actually believe in the sanctity of the rights guaranteed by the first 10 amendments to the Constitution, not just the ones we choose to exercise.

If Trump goes for gun control, he’ll find out why so many Democrats don’t - at least openly.

you’re right, I was just playing among. Gun ownership is one thing that cuts across party lines enough to make it a non-starter for congress. (usually)
