Could it be Paddock? I suppose. It could just as easily be a million other old white guys as well.
Personally, as the growing narrative seems to show Paddock intentionally keeping something of a low profile as he went about planning his massacre, I find it unlikely that he was at an anti-Trump rally holding a protest sign and wearing a pink pussy hat.
