Well, that makes sense, if the guns were small enough to fit into a piece of luggage.
My total knowledge of guns is based on my husband's hunting rifles, that are pretty big, that his Dad left him. :)
I totally support the 2nd Amendment...although I am not that well-versed in guns. :)
Yeah, but I see this as more of a DB Cooper event. It’s never been done outside of a movie so nobody was looking for it.
A guy bringing up a lot of stuff to his room is no big deal. I mean, it’s not as if it’s a commercial airliner. ;)
Now it will be a big deal regarding any hotel that offers this sort of exposure to an event like this. Fortunately, they are not all that common, and the events are not happening 365 days a year.
Next it will be a guy in an office building.
Or a guy flying a light airplane with lots of full gas cans right into the heart of the venue.
Or a host of other ways we’ve not thought of.
Like I said, anyone saying it’s impossible is showing their ignorance.
I mean, sure, maybe it’s weird to see middle-aged white guys carrying large duffel bags around in a hotel lobby in Vegas....
You can hide anything when no one is looking for it.
--and I have seen it wondered why hotel personnel didn't "notice" the "arsenal"---I suspect it was probably because of a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door--
LOL! Well, I am thirsty. ;) 1
We could see a little notepad... no one said anything about an actual note. Hotels always have a notepad in the rooms.
Most of this article’s points have or could be debunked.
Here is what I believe; He did it, but I believe the authorities know a whole lot more than they are telling us.
He made several trips from his car to his room with bags full of stuff. No one checks bags coming/going in these big hotels.
I saw the pics of him dead on the hotel room floor after he shot himself. I want to know how the clean brass casings got on top of the pool of blood that leaked out of his head.
The $100,000 he sent to the Philippines is the same amount Facebook took in from Russian server farms. Maybe Zuckerberg is the kingpin here.
I have no idea how the Mandalay hotel is set up, but if this guy was a regular and has residency, I know some hotels offer parking spaces in garages that you can take the elevator right to your floor without ever going through a common area.
So he had them in his trunk in golf bags/suitcases/duffels and waltzed right to his room.
It’s not that hard to believe.
Was the concert free? If not, then they would limit the entrances (aka exits) to only allow ticket-holders to enter.
You are correct.
What was in the lower floor video is the fire alarm strobe light, which is required now for hearing disabled people .
The strobe usually blinks quickly, pauses, then blinks again etc., when it is in alarm. The building fire alarm system was set off by the shooting.
Even going through a common area doesn't require an explanation. It's a big hotel... people are walking in/out with bags all the time. Heck, its totally normal to see people pushing a baggage carrier/cart stacked with suitcases in and out.
How did all this ammo get into his room?
AMMO IS VERY HEAVY!!!
:) Have a great day, FRiend. :)
Listening to Dennis Prager now. He certainly brings logic to this; he is discussing how this guy really had no father. He is probably right...same problem with inner city gangs.
Anyway, probably shouldn’t mix Freeping and listening to conservative radio. Tends to get one rambling. ;)
Agree 100%.
It is not at all impossible to get these in the room without anyone knowing.
I fit 20 rifles in a gun safe that’s no bigger than a couple lockers. People see the word “arsenal” and assume he’s dragging pallets of ammo and a tank through the lobby.
Bags he wheeled to his room himself, probably.
There are 100 other weird things about this story but everyone keeps focusing on this...
#4 As Jon Rappoport has pointed out, it would have been impossible for Stephen Paddock to kill and wound 573 people in less than five minutes of shooting with the kinds of weapons that he is alleged to have used. So why wont law enforcement authorities acknowledge this fact?
#6 How did someone with no military background and that wasnt a gun guy at all operate such advanced weapons
Re #4 The shooter didn’t kill and wound 573 people. He killed about 60, with some unknown number of wounded. The majority of that 500+ are people injured in the stampede out of the concert venue.
Re #6 The shooter was a hunter, and apparently a gun collector, so actually he *was* a “gun guy”. He knew how to use a rifle scope. Several of the weapons in the leaked photos had bipods or other stabilizing devices. Between those two items, he had enough skill to be able to keep a fully-automatic rifle constrained enough to land all his rounds within the concert venue, an area several hundred yards across. He wasn’t aiming at any individuals, just “spraying and praying”. And these aren’t “advanced” weapons; they’re mostly different versions of the extremely-common AR platform, all of which fire more or less the same, and which are designed to be easily operated by lowest-common-denominator Army recruits. In fact, I can’t come up with any so-called “assault rifle” style weapons that aren’t intended for use by military recruits with a minimum of training. My recollection of my M16 training was that learning the actual function of the weapon was one, maybe two classes, with far more emphasis on range safety (muzzle up and downrange) and (dis)assembly of the weapon for cleaning.
LOL! Gotta be Zuckerberg's fault. Him and Tim Cook. LOL!! (obviously, just kidding). :)
