A John Doe like in the OKC bombing?
It was confirmed there was a mid Eastern looking man involved in that bombing.
It was later denied by the government.
Even back then it was the PC thing to do to blame only white people and cover up any trace that may lead to Saudi/Arab/Muslim/Islamic connection.
With OKC, Clinton had the whole crime scene bulldozed to prevent further processing of the crime scene.
The bombing killed 168 people, injured more than 680 others, and most likely there was an Islamic jihadist involved.
Same with Waco, every scrap of evidence at the scene was literally covered up.
But at Waco the only mid Eastern man involved was mass murderer (along with Clinton) was Janet Reno.
