Whoever they are....it’s probably a van with some kind of sonic device mounted on the roof. Maybe the original idea was just driving around and using toward the US embassy staff, but now? Tourists?

I think it’s just a mad Cuban scientist dude with some garage-type weapon he built. Watch for some idiots in the US to develop the same thing and we have to start worrying about this problem.

I read or saw somewhere that the US Embassy staff and Canadian Embassy staff was in a hotel when this happened to them.

So Sonic Attacks in a hotel is possible.

Though it could be the Cuban Gov't, I think that Russian Gov't might do this to sabotage things between US and CUBA.

I figure it’s another country disrupting our slowly growing presence and ties to Cuba. They want Cuba to remain in their sphere and fear capitalism and increasing American contact shifting them back to our side. We should increase our economic ties and bring them into the fold, not pull back.

Americans were told to move to a different room if they hear it and feel they are being attacked as the attack won’t follow them.

If this was coming from some rogue lunatic driving around in their 1950’s vehicle, I really don’t think the sound would only be heard in certain rooms. That would be too easy of a hypothesis to eliminate.
