There are numerous reports of downed power lines in various areas. I am hearing them on the scanner here in Butte COunty. So it is very possible that high winds caused downed lines in areas aroudn the North State causing the fire. Makes much more sense than Antifa running around setting fires in various areas of the state...Something I have seen written here.
Downed and causing fire is far more likely than banging together. Sorry if I read your post wrong.
An aside, are they transmission tower lines?
