Terry Crews is a giant. I can’t believe he didn’t squash the guy on the spot. Maybe he was shocked by the unmitigated gall of the move?

The people at the top of Hollywood and DC have become too powerful and complacent. We need an AG that will throw a enough of these people in prison that the rest get the message, or there will be a revolution (how about a 100 million people boycott the IRS?).

The star of Brooklyn Nine-Nine and movies like The Expendables told fans that revelations about movie mogul Harvey Weinstein in a recent expose by The New York Times are just the tip of the iceberg. Conservatives should use this opportunity to put all of Hollywood on the defensive and destroy their credibility.

I understand his position. “I don’t care what happens to others: I have to protect my career.” However, saying now that he has PTSD is pretty ripe.

Because if they have real talent or even if just they really believed in themselves, they wouldnt put up with that kind of abuse.
Acting is not particularly difficult. Getting good parts (i.e. parts that come with a steady income), however, is like getting into the Olympics. The problem is that, unlike the Olympics, huge numbers of actors are just as good as other actors. They’re essentially interchangeable. That’s why the casting couch has such a big role to play in star-making. Weinstein could cast anybody else and do just as well in his productions.
The vast repository of interchangeable talent available is why Jon Hamm, whom nobody had ever heard of, and is apparently a real hit with the ladies, was almost 40 before his career took off. But I can think of any number of other (not well-known) actors who would have done just as well as Hamm in the Don Draper role. Bottom line is that actors who make it tend not to rock the boat because they are easily replaceable, and more importantly, easily blacklisted for life.

You say that like it's a bad thing.

There is a FReeper here who works in the Hollywood Industry.
Really enjoyed his insights into other hwood matters and would love to hear his take on this one.
He’s the one who took note of liberal bumper stickers on employee cars and fired them.
“American” something is his name, I think.

And he would have been a national hero!
Only if the real story got out, which it wouldn't have, and that's the whole point. The guy that groped Crews probably had half the journalists in the country on his speed dial and in his pocket. We would have been reading "Crews Assaults Innocent Hollywood Producer". By pure reflex I probably would have struck the pervert, but I haven't spent my career in the Hollywood environment, either.

Most ollywood movies these days seem to have male behinds or genetailia in them. The directors are all queer and that should be obvious to anyone who’s seen shows and movies created after about 2013
