Bring Down Leftist Foundations Like the Mafia
Frontpage Mag ^ | October 11, 2017 | Daniel Greenfield

Posted on 10/11/2017 8:53:25 PM PDT by Sparticus

The Department of Justice has been investigating DisruptJ20, a "resistance" group that plotted to shut down President Trump's inauguration. The DOJ has demanded the IP addresses of visitors, along with any emails, photos and names it can get. But the pipeline of Dj20 funding goes back to George Soros.

And not just Soros.

Money from the Global Justice Alliance went to Refuse Fascism, a group founded by members of the Revolutionary Communist Party, which staged violent protests. “Respectable” big money leftist groups like the Hill Snowdon Foundation and Ben and Jerry’s Foundation fund middlemen like the Alliance. And then the Alliance funds “direct action” groups that are willing to get their hands violently dirty.

The DOJ, better than anyone, should understand this model. It’s commonplace among criminals.

And when you go after criminals, you don’t stop with the street thugs. Instead you go after the bosses. The left’s funding pipelines launder money by moving it from respectable foundations to increasingly radical groups until they reach the thugs that mace, club and set fires. The multiple tiers buy their donors respectability and plausible deniability. But it’s nothing that the DOJ can’t easily penetrate.

Time to RICO the left but good and drain the big money from the leftist foundations. The Clinton Foundation should be the first to get the axe, but Soros, Tides, Ford, Pew, McCarther, etc should be given a major proctology exam and liquidated as much as legally possible.

The Mafia leftist? Hard to believe. I was thinking that a guy like Trump would contract out domestic terrorism counter efforts to them. Similar to the Rolling Stones at Altamont. They hired the Hells Angels to handle security.

Looks like Sessions has been working behind the scenes. Hope he keeps the Harvey investigation front & center.

It’s an ambiguous sentence. Are the Mafia a leftist foundation that should be brought down? Should we bring down leftist foundations the way the Mafia brings things down? Or should we bring down leftist foundations the way the government brought down the Mafia (if the government did bring down the Mafia)? Take your pick.

RICO Act works. I was on an Organized Crime Task Force that was using the RICO Act to go after the Gottis, Gambinos, Gigantes organizations, etc.

Only AG Janet Reno, under orders from Bill and Hillary Clinton, stopped the LIUNA indictments and assets seizures that were justified by the Mob’s control of certain labor unions and assets.

See: American Spectator, April 1997, “Let’s Be Friends: A Mob-Controlled Union Delivers the Goods for Bill” (and the Democrats).

Also, for any researchers’ inquiry about illegal lobbying techniques, you will find a “statement/Study” in the House Ways & Means Committee hearings on “Lobbying Reform” in 1987. It details how the Hanoi Lobby and related communist fronts use “tax exempt” money for illegal lobbying purposes by funneling it through a tax-exempt third party, often leftist Churches (United Methodist Board of Church and Society; the Stewart Mott Foundation; COHA; EPICA; CISPES operations; CPUSA fronts; communist publication “research foundation” fronts; Soros and the Campaign for American Progress, etc.; the old Fund for New Priorities in America, etc.

Tens of millions of dollars, if not more, are annually given to the ACORN reborn organizations; Global Alliance for Justice; Apollo Foundation/Organization; etc. The Black Lives Matters group gets millions from guilt-ridden white liberal led foundations while more extremist groups with the word “Dreams” in their title rake in a ton of money while posing as civil rights organizations (some are avowedly Marxist).

The old House Committee to Investigate Tax Exempt Organizations (believe it was the Reece and/or Cox committee, or both) exposed this laundering operation technique in the 50’s and helped to stop the flow of money to the Communist Party USA.

It is time for a new “Select Committee” to be formed, and staffed by former law enforcement officers, former undercover operatives, junkyard dog attorneys, and a couple of historians of the Left.

If you want it done right, you have to write up its “Purpose and structure”, objectives and goals, and publish a lot of hearings/studies for the public to have.

Then you hire the best of the best as staff and investigators.

Having been involved in internal security affairs from a number of sides for the past 50 years, I know what a good committee can do, and I also know what a “don’t want to do anything” committee can do so as not to get any real results.

Time to stop pussy-footing around and kick some leftist/racist ass.

RICO is a good way. Another good way is the Bank Secrecy Act.

NOTE WELL Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes and financing terrorism. “The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” says the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation.

(REFERENCE-- TONHALL.COM) Splcexposed.com. Write that site down and visit it often.It reveals how the radical Left is trying to destroy organizations and individuals who are working to defend America’s families and our civil society. Splcexposed.com specifically reveals the agenda of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), an extreme Leftist operation that is swimming in money and deception. Masquerading as a benevolent organization, the SPLC has adopted the intelligence and vocabulary of the big bully on the playground who engages in name-calling in order to isolate and intimidate anyone who won’t join his wicked little cabal. “Sexist! Racist! Bigot! HATER!” they scream.

====================================================

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), a liberal, Alabama-based 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization that has gained prominence on the left for its "hate group" designations, pushes millions of dollars to offshore entities as part of its business dealings, records show.

Additionally, the nonprofit pays lucrative six-figure salaries to its top directors and key employees while spending little on legal services despite its stated intent of "fighting hate and bigotry" using litigation, education, and other forms of advocacy.

The Southern Poverty Law Center is perhaps best known for its "hate map," a collection of organizations the nonprofit deems "domestic hate groups" that lists mainstream conservative organizations alongside racist groups such as the Ku Klux Klan and is often referenced in the media. A gunman opened fire at the Washington, D.C., offices of the conservative Family Research Council in 2012 after seeing it listed as an "anti-gay" group on SPLC's website.

The SPLC has turned into a fundraising powerhouse, recording more than $50 million in contributions and $328 million in net assets on its 2015 Form 990, the most recently available tax form from the nonprofit.

SPLC's Form 990-T, its business income tax return, from the same year shows that they have "financial interests" in the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, and Bermuda. No information is available beyond the acknowledgment of the interests at the bottom of the form. (Excerpt) Read more at freebeacon.com ...

REFERENCE--Southern Poverty Law Center Transfers Millions in Cash to Offshore Entities
freebeacon / FR Posted on 08/31/2017 3:47:45 AM PDT by Sub-Driver

===================================================

The SPLC off-shore banking scam sounds suspiciously like the Madoff fraud. When he went to jail, investigators found Ponzi King Bernie Madoff had stashed billions offshore---into a labyrinth of financial entities.

COLLUSION AND CONSPIRACIES GALORE

Some $8.9 billion was funneled to Madoff through a dozen so-called feeder funds based in Europe, the Caribbean and Central America......a labyrinth of hedge funds, management companies and service providers that, to unsuspecting outsiders, seemed to compose a formidable system of checks and balances.

But the purpose of this complex architecture was just the opposite: the feeder funds provided different modes for directing money to Madoff in order to avoid scrutiny.

=====================================

The Bank Secrecy Act should be mobilized----to follow the paper trail and determine how money changed hands among (a) SPLC (b) Obama and OFA, (c) leftist groups and donors.

Demand that the scope and dimension of collusion in sub rosa deals be examined, as to who might be personally profiting and if financing domestic terrorism is being facilitated.

<><> L/E needs to examine bank accounts of the aforementioned.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer funds from one account to another, and/or wire-transferred offshore;

<><> To cover their tracks, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into SPLC accounts was being used for legitimate purposes.

<><> Financial schemes scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for insiders' personal use and/or for financing domestic terrorism.

Shady banking transactions could be prosecuted under the (1) Bank Secrecy ACT, (2) RICO, and, (3) the Hobbs Act.

=============================================

<><> L/E should get ahold of: (1) copies of SPLC checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) SPLC correspondence including snail mail, e-mail, mobile devices, cell phones, (8) contracts, (9) loan agreements, (10) other account books or official records.

L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub- brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.

<><> L/E should scrutinize bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.

<><> SPLC bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC accounts, to money launder and to operate personal ventures;

Tax fraud may also be a factor, facilitated by withdrawals, gift cards purchases, credit card purchases and intra-bank transfers from legal bank accounts into personal accounts, or redistribution schemes.

<><> A huge tipoff is whether SPLC bank withdrawals support luxurious lifestyle including payments for real estate, investment and stock holdings, jewelry, luxury vehicles, resort travel....... and gifts and purchases from luxury outlets.

Greenfield hopes Sessions will go after these foundations. He might as well hope for snow in Miami.

Sessions has demonstrated that he will not go after the big crooks - the Clintons, Obamas, Holder, Lynch, Lerner, ..., choosing rather to go after the little crooks such as illegals & marijuana smokers.

Given this, Sessions is as much a part of the problem as is Soros. he is a full fledged member of the swamp. Sessions should be replaced by a private citizen, not another politician.

Unfortunately, Trump has been convinced by the politicians that he cannot fire Sessions for fear of a political firestorm. Trump should ignore their empty threats, fire all the politicians from his administration, replacing them with patriotic, business oriented, private citizens. And then actively campaign in 2018/2020 against the likes of Ryan/McConnell & their congressional lackeys in the primaries.

Not only leftist:

Now we learn that the Mafia is also a Foundation!

Who wudda thunk?

(And for this exceedingly valuable knowledge, I guess we gotta thank the semi-illiterate guy or gal who wrote the headline.)

Since the Las Vegas shooter had a girlfriend and a self indulgent life style - could the real killers have been antifa nuts... people Paddock was laundering money for? Maybe he was set up...
