Scalia was downright elastic when it came to expanding the Commerce Clause and trashing the 10th Amendment=>

My son had rented a pickup and drove down to Florida to pick up a Harley he had bought. On the way down I get a notification from Fox News (I have the App on my smartphone) that Supreme court Justice Antonin Scalia had died. I told my son and sadness befell both of us.
