Actually categories are race, religion, sex (NOT “gender”), “sexual orientation”.
I might also include handicapped status.
We should assign points at least for being preferred vs. not.
I only qualify for 1 of these categories as preferred. 1 point.
White, married, cis-gendered, post-menopausal women receive very little extra preference.
As a white, straight, Christian male, I guess I get zero points :(
