LAS VEGAS (AP) - Las Vegas investigators offered a new version of events Friday in a shifting timeline surrounding the deadliest shooting in modern U.S. history as they described how the gunman opened fire on nearby airport jet fuel tanks and on police officers arriving at the massacre.
Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo held a highly anticipated news conference alongside the top FBI agent in Las Vegas amid questions about whether police could have done more to stop gunman Stephen Paddock on Oct. 1.
They provided no new information about Paddock's motivation as he killed 58 people and wounded more than 500 at a country music festival. Forty-five people remain hospitalized in critical condition, Lombardo said.

9:59 Campos finds “a barricaded stairwell door.”
10:05 Campos is shot.
10:05 Paddock begins firing out of the windows onto the crowd.
10:15 Paddock stops firing on the crowd.
10:17 Police arrive on the 32nd floor.
Adelson and Soros all set to sell short, Paddock thought he was in line for a big payday methinks. Right up until the moment he was shot in the face.
Paddock had not worked since the 80s... Officially. Yet he had planes, money, houses, guns, perks including free hookers. Sounds like a lifelong contract operative to me. .. Well, almost a long life.
If this is the new timeline... when did he bash out the windows?
How does he fire “200 rounds” down the hallway from the suite and then immediately start shooting at the crowd at the same time?
Didn’t the cops say he shot at the fuel tanks at the airport before firing on the crowd? So does that mean he shot down the hallway from the suite, and then went through the suite to the adjacent room, and fired at the fuel tanks? All within like a minute or two?

I fear we will never know the truth.
I now see near unanimity that much of the rifle fire sounds like it was belt fed. So Now I start to ponder bump stocks. Why? Maybe this sting/staged event had a dual purpose. On gun control bump stocks would be the “camel’s nose under the tent.”
I’ve listened to audio from Vegas extensively. It is really hard for me to believe that there was not at least one belt-fed weapon used.
Unless someone Paddock spent a whole lot of time practicing with bump-stocks to become damn near an expert at using them.

It was created by an anonymous person listening to and watching Youtube videos. Yet it seems of higher quality and more plausible that the police and FBI’s.
There were posts on 4chan PRIOR to the massacre that said exactly what you just said. I.e.: that the motivation was entirely monetary. Since the posts predicted a mass murder in Vegas before it happened, I don’t know why they haven’t been taken more seriously.

The SCOTUS has ruled that the police have no obligation to protect the public. They are there to clean up the mess afterwards and to get home safely.
That’s an interesting timeline. The way it is formatted doesn’t really seem to fit in my brain, however. From what I can tell, it seems to suggest that the first shots were at the crowd about 10:04.
What a load of crap.
1. Where was the barricaded stairwell in relation to the suspect’s room?
2. Did the security guard knock on the doors to the suspect’s room?
3. Were the camera’s on the service cart operational? Were they operating?
4. Was a computer or monitor/display found in the suspect’s room? If so, where was it located?
5. How long did the maintenance worker stay on that floor?
6. Did the suspect shoot down the hallway at different time during the 17 minutes span? If so, how may different times?
7. Did the suspect shoot from the main suite doors?
8. Did he ever shoot from the adjoining room door?
What was the extent of the injury to the security guard?
9. Did the security guard ever leave the 32nd floor after contact with the suspect and before the police arrived?
10. DID THE LAS VEGAS 911 CALL CENTER RECIEVE A CALL FROM THE MANDALAY BAY MANAGEMENT STAFF? If so, at what time was the first call?
11. Did any guests from inside the Mandalay Bay call the Las Vegas 911 center? If so, at what time was that first call?
The unasked and unanswered questions go on and no and on and on and on and on.....
The Las Vegas Police are destroying the public’s trust with these ridiculous corrects that completely change the narrative of the episode.
2 weeks... What are they hiding? Videos should have been released immediately.
