Which reminds me, I have always had an issue with Politicians than use the phrase “Vote in your self interest”.
I have always Voted in our Nation’s self interest, which means Voting for more Freedom, not less.
Promoting Self Interest within the Electorate means nothing more than enabling the Government to use the tyranny of the majority to steal the assets of one Citizen and gift them to another for the bargain basement price of their Vote.
No, freedom is actually in anyone’s self interest, to a far greater degree than free stuff. I support anyone voting in their [true] self-interest.
