But is also my understanding that you are still liable for that tax now and forever if you did not pay it and the IRS decides to come a knocking. Not only that but you liable for penalties and interest on it starting from the time it was due(tax day). You cannot be charged extra for underpaying it throughout the year. But you are liable for not paying it from tax day forward(Interest and penalty). At that point it is treated just like any other tax owed.
OK- Just found out there will be no penalty fee for not paying, but interest will be charged. And any refund you ever think you have coming will be applied to what you owe for Obamacare.
