You are probably more correct than you know. Option, charge all involved with one top crime. The highest they can prove. All else have at least conspiracy. Example, charge hillary with giving out classified information. She has admitted same. Every person involved(Huma, Weiner, DWS, Sid B. Bill Chelsea, etc...)is a conspirator. Charge Obama with unmasking along with Rice & Powers. All their minions can be charged with various matters. Pick one.

Mueller, Comey, Lynch can be charged with Obstruction. Every single Agent or DOJ person involved can be charged with conspiracy.

Charge DWS and the Awan Bros. Sisters, cousins and nephews with Espionage.You will get the numerous people involved including the AG from California.
