Imagine how much lower they could be.
Crude oil prices are up about 5% since Harvey. (You'd think if there was a refinery problem, crude oil prices would decrease since it is refiners who buy crude.) Even though oil prices are up 5%, gasoline prices are about the same since pre-Harvey. I guess what I'm saying is that I'm surprised that gas prices are where they're at.
