Boy...some difference in crowd size from 2007 when Obama was running for POTUS, getting 200,000 folks to attend his rallies. Looks like there was maybe 200-300 folks attending his rally in New jersey yesterday. Obama has lost all impact. He is toast, as is his buxom buddy George W. Bush.

Yes, a president can later be vice president, and he could succeed back to the presidency but only for two years (24 months). A candidate for vice president must be qualified to serve as president. After all, being ready to take over as president is the main function of the vice president.
Obama has served two terms as president. He is therefore not qualified to serve as president and therefore not qualified to serve as vice president.
