The small neighborhood has tried to become livable but is new ghetto from white flight. The City has funded it with $$$$ to point it to mixed places to live. Probably the same people brings their friends and then this happens. All lives matter like the one girl in this story but none for the AA dead everyday in Chicago, etc. Where is BLM? 🤔

Seminole Heights is mixed...lots of families moving in. 70% of the homes are owner occupied. Lots of nice restaurants - including Ella’s, The Independent, and The Refinery. Unfortunately, they are a few low rent motels, but mostly Seminole Heights - the home of the Two Headed Alligator - is nice.
