Yep. Among other things, scripture documents the predictable behavior and natural consequences inherent in collective human nature.
The consequences of abominating nature whilst worshiping one’s cultural self is as predictable as the burning of fingers that play with fire.
That’s predictable.... and profitable — especially for those whose culture allows them to operate beyond the constraint of any observable moral framework.
