“I’ve spoken with the confidential informant that helped the FBI uncover this bribery scheme,” DeSantis, R-Fla., a member of the oversight committee, told “America’s News Headquarters.”

Americans who keep up with current events have known about this for years. Why does the house need a confidential informant to get the story? Why can't the house use some of the same sources that the non-mainstream media used?

The media has generalities, easily deflected as just accusations, surmises, and coincidences. This confidential informant supposedly witnessed events and conversations that remove all doubt. Putting the truth before the public might force feckless officials to actually do something.
