Interesting, and higher than I would have expected if at all accurate.

Legal pot passed in Colorado with 54%. That was after 12 years of medical pot legality experience.

A state by state polling would be more instructive.

By the way, remember when casino gambling was contentious?

Here are the states where casino gambling is still illegal:

Hawaii, Tennessee, Utah, and Vermont.

I actually think the Repub numbers are higher.

Many Repubs don’t want to admit to pollsters publicly or privately they support legalization.

Although certain states have made marijuana legal either for medicine or entertainment, those who use it are federal criminals and can lose certain rights. It can prevent you from purchasing a firearm. It is an automatic fails on the NICS check and that needs to be remedied

As far as I know Virginia doesn’t have any casinos. I don’t believe it’s legal here. But if it is I might want to start one.
