And you're full of logical fallacies. Drugs are addictive and need to be controlled. True conservatives aren't stupid. We recognize the need for government for such things as upholding the law. And one of the laws they need to uphold is the law which prohibits addictive drugs.

Drugs are addictive and need to be controlled.Alcohol and tobacco are addictive - and banning hinders control by putting drugs in the black market outside the reach of effective regulation, as happened during alcohol Prohibition.
