This was my first thought/concern as well. I thought he would have "committed suicide" or "died suddenly of natural causes" by now. I hope he is safe and secure and not in DC, Chicago, Detroit or New York.
His attorney says se is leaving for California and it will be at least 3 weeks before hearings are held. Spurious at best. My hunch is the agent is in meetings as we sit here wondering.
