Agreement specifically blames Lois Lerner by name for failures
The IRS admitted in court Wednesday that it wrongly targeted tea party and other conservative groups for intrusive scrutiny, placing specific blame on former senior executive Lois G. Lerner, and entered into a settlement designed to make sure that kind of political targeting never takes place again.
The filing, made in federal court in Washington, D.C., amounts to a stunning apology from the Trump administration for actions taken under President Barack Obama, when hundreds of tea party and conservative groups were singled out for intrusive screening, forced to wait years for their applications to be approved, and subjected to outrageous questions.

These tea party and conservative groups were trying to start up before the 2012 election.
Lois Lerner IRS threw an election by trying to keep these groups from forming, from assembling, and from distributing their information freedom of press.
Lois Lerner IRS and those around her should be thrown in jail for:
1) throwing the 2012 election
2) keeping groups from freedom of assembly
3) keeping groups from freedom of press
And yet liberals still claim “there was nothing there”. They’re incapable of being honest with themselves.
They need to take away her pension.
They need to break her with law suits. She took away the rights of equal protection. I think a nice class action toret suit against her should break her enough.
Or a civil trial against her?
And all employees involved prosecuted and pensions lost. These people knew what was happening was wrong. They should go down as well.
Trump is the voice of the US Government! It is not Trump apologizing.

Put the blatant criminal in prison, or there is no law. She did many illegal acts and every real USAian knows it.

In what universe is an apology enough? Whether this case is tort alone or includes allegations of felony, the solution involves possible prison bars and certainly dead presidents. Lots of them.

I don’t want Lois Lerner in jail. I don’t want to pay for her jail time keep. I don’t want to pay for her keep out of jail either. Taking away her government pension would be enough justice to satisfy me.
