The fact that a US government agency considered staging domestic terror actions on Americans to further a geopolitical aim should give one pause. And that was over 50 years ago. At least then they didn't carry it out. Given the crap we can see from Clinton and Obama, it's not so far fetched to surmise that such an agency was given "cover" to perform such an operation.
