Jane Fonda has weighed in again about the Harvey Weinstein scandal. The iconic actress, who currently stars on Netflix‘s Grace & Frankie, attended MSNBC’s All In With Chris Hayes where she acted as a spokesperson the Women’s Media Center. Gloria Steinem was also in attendance. Once there, according to Vulture, the actress spoke of the scandal that continues to rock Hollywood.
“It feels like something has shifted,” the actress said. “It’s too bad that it’s probably because so many of the women that were assaulted by Harvey Weinstein are famous and white and everybody knows them. This has been going on a long time to black women and other women of color and it doesn’t get out quite the same.”

What she says is total BS, but I would expect nothing less from a traitor. Hollywood knew for decades what Slimestein was doing and said nothing. All it took was an “Emperors new clothes” kind of situation where someone - in this case Ronan Farrow - stated the obvious, otherwise they still would have ignored it.
So Jane knows about black women who were harassed and raped but she’s not naming names.

As far as Fonda is concerned, she is another one whose opinions are simply dismissed as the rants of a rather useless, elderly pawn of the industry.
