Taking a family friend, one of my Mom’s visitors, out to lunch. She doesn’t drive and I brought her over every month or so. We would stop for fast food and she would eat with my Mom while they visited for an hour or so. Then I took her home before posting time. Then the last few months she and another long time friend came and visited. Suzye always made cookies. d:o)

Tomorrow I’m taking her to a real restaurant. LOL!

Next weekend is back to the “to do” list. The home carpet cleaning didn’t get some of the spots I’d like to be gone, so the commercial cleaner we use every spring (we missed this spring) will be here Thursday evening. Then the living room will become a living room again, and I will start on the new “guest” room.

So that leaves me with filing, and no one or nothing, I hope, to defeat my attempt.
