There are reasons to keep names of agents secret even after they are dead. They have kids, people whose careers they advanced (who might be current agents), etc.

That secrecy has enabled their fiefdom. The bottom line is that the CIA was probably **at best** outrageously negligent and operating way outsode the law as it always has.
They have lost their right to secrecy. And thanks to Wikileaks and the internet it will be very hard for them to maintain it and their nefarious domestic networks in politics, academia, and the media.
