There is some fairly convincing photographic and video evidence that LBJ, who was a couple of cars behind JFK, ducked down in his limousine as the presidential limo turned left on Elm Street and headed into Dealy Plaza.
That reminds me of a joke that was going around right after the assassination. “LBJ looks at his watch, ducks down, and puts his fingers in his ears”.
