Trump is and has always been able to troll without lying. If a person is adverse to lying, it’s not especially difficult to avoid it. In Trump’s case, his penchant for deal making mandates honesty. People will make deals with an honest broker. No one wants to make a deal with a dishonest person, though, bc you can never be sure when they’re lying.

It’s not Trump’s style of trolling to demand over and over why Hillary isn’t being investigated if in fact she is. And anyway, such investigations could be kept entirely secret. A person can’t be investigated without their affiliates being interviewed (for one thing). If Huma, Podesta or any of Hillary’s other partners in crime had been interviewed, that news would be public by now. It’s always public in other cases; the idea that EVERY aspect of a real investigation could be kept 100 percent secret in Hillary’s is a nonstarter.
