From what I understand, Singer had nothing to do with the funding of the dossier. Yes, he was looking for dirt. But, it was completely funded by the Dems., Clinton and Obama.
This is a very misleading, deceiving headline. I would even say propagandaish headline.

Not only was he a key backer of the Republican establishment senators sponsoring the 2013 Gang of Eight amnesty bill, he joined with George Soros and the Ford Foundation to fund the National Immigration Forum open-borders non-profit.
