So now his lawyers...at least his civilian lawyers...are claiming undue command influence.They're obviously trying to keep him out of Leavenworth.It's easy to see why his military lawyer(s) wouldn't make such a claim,one would think that it could be dangerous to accuse military superiors of any kind of misconduct.God knows *I* never did despite having seen it often.
