Whatever Paul Manafort did would never have been investigated except that Manafort worked for the Trump campaign.

Not true. Manafort was already under some suspicions for his work in the Ukrainian swamp before he ever got on board the Trump train.

Even if you don’t say anything, you can be indicted for that. (Think: Martha Stewart).

...

Martha Stewart did talk, and that’s how she got convicted.

A Russian professor and a Russian with dirt on Hillary.

So did Hillary lie to the FBI? Where is her indictment?

Oh that’s right she is a Clinton and above the law, at least in the eyes of the FBI.

Wait - he got arrested for deleting material (obstruction of justice), but Hillary gets to delete 33,000 emails and gets off free. This is despite getting a subpoena and despite the fact her IT guy was on Reddit trying to find out how to scrub info. Of course, we know Comey had already decided to exonerate Hillary 2 months before he did.

Just my opinion, but I do not believe lying to investigators should be a crime because we have a constitutional right against self-incrimination. Still, it’s better not to talk to them at all. Talk through an attorney only.

The lesson from watching the Martha Stewart case and the Scooter Libby case is Don’t Talk to Cops. And Federal agents are especially included in the category “cops”.

Don’t Talk to Cops
https://youtu.be/i8z7NC5sgik

Mr. James Duane, a professor at Regent Law School and a former defense attorney, tells you why you should never agree to be interviewed by the police.

It is sad we have come to this, but over-ambitious prosecutors and police, along with inadequate safeguards for citizens from such, make it so.

“The Post reported at the time that Trump aides didn’t warm to the idea, with some top officials raising concerns that a meeting could either violate federal law or reflect poorly on the campaign.”

Case closed. Looks like the little twerp was trying to be Mr. Big.

“If the FBI wants to speak to you, say nothing until your lawyer is there. Special prosecutors have a history of jailing people for “lying” about things that have nothing to do with what they are supposed to be investigating.

... and insist on video recording the entire interview, faces, identities and voices.

... and remember to preface things with, “I don’t recall” and “to the best of my recollection.”

What hillary did was so much more serious than anything Manafort could have done. In her position as Sec of State, she sold parts of our country.. our uranium.. for her own pockets.. She was joined by obama and the very persons who are doing the investigations. She lied about everything.. She went to other countries and took millions from them, while she was serving as Sec of State ... she violated so many laws, the list is huge... and today the injustice of all this... going after lesser fish to discredit Trump and leave the ones who was involved with the Russians.. the guilty one.. without a word.. they all are in cahoots with each other.. how in the world will there ever be justice served. I’d doubt Trump would even want to run a second time. It’s been brutal for him!

If Trump were colluding with Putin, would it not be done in secret and all these machinations would not be necessary?

“Nothing yet on indicting the Podesta brothers.”

I thought of them yesterday when watching a news clip about the disappearance of little Madeline McCann, who disappeared 10 years ago this week. The Podesta brothers, Pizzagate Pedophiles, were in the same town when she went missing, and the artist renderings of the two men suspected in the case were more than a little similar to Tony and John P.

This is Martha Stewart all over again. Small potatoes. This investigation is going nowhere. Time for Trump to shut it down and fire Mueller and have Jeff Sessions appoint a new special prosecutor for the U1 scandal.

“... and remember to preface things with, “I don’t recall” and “to the best of my recollection.”

To save your voice, use a recording of Hillary saying “I can’t recall...”.

Talk to ANY local or state law enforcement officials that you respect, and ask THEM what they think of the FBI. 90% of what they will probably tell you would get you banned from FR if repeated and posted verbatim.
