A House Democrat plans to propose an amendment to the Constitution that would limit presidential pardoning authority in the wake of three Trump campaign aides facing indictments in the special counsel investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Good luck. I might be OK with it if there is a sentence in the amendment with term limits for Representatives and Senators.

yes because 2/3’s of all the STATES will approve a US Constitutional amendment, just to get back at Trump

After being approved by 3/4 of each house of congress.

Two-thirds of the states have to approve a constitutional amendment.

It takes three fourths of the states.

Trump would be working on his Presidential library by the time if made it through the process. ............................... and with Chelsea Clinton in office there would be no need for it. When Trump Jr takes the WH back, they will re introduce it. (Dream scenario, maybe a nightmare one?)
