Just goes to show how the Big Lie can influence public opinion. Most people don’t really process information or think critically.

ABC/WashPo polls predicted a landslide HC win last year.
They weren’t accurate about Trump then and they aren’t accurate about him now.
The Left is delusional and they believe most people hate Trump and they will cite lying polls to back it up.
Reality is Russia has gone nowhere and Mueller is not seeking the truth but is on a fishing expedition.
For example, charges filed against Manafort and Papadoulos have nothing to with Russia or Trump.
But ABC/WashPost still didn’t bother to tell that to their respondents. Whatever Trump is alleged to have done isn’t even a felony. Period.

This shows the power of a corrupt press.

Given the audience of ABC/Washington Post, those are low numbers believing a crime was committed. Also note the break at 38/23/31 (from memory but close - and stark - enough)

Now the Mueller popular/unpopular poll in the with the Washington Post article by Rubin makes more sense. They are setting the narrative which is along the lines of
"Everybody thinks president Trump is a crook and former FBI director Mueller is a straight shooter - this how you should think"

I still have a small ray of hope that Mueller is going to bring down a lot of people, but not the President or former President. These people will be from both sides of the political spectrum. Manafort is neither Republican nor Democrat, though I think he leans more towards the Democrats. He is an opportunist, or mercenary, who will lobby for anyone that pays him handsomely. Papadopolus is a joke, but Mueller wants to give the impression that he will charge all he examines who are guilty of a crime, even petty ones like that he is being charged with.
It may even include Hillary to extricate the Clintons from the Democrat Party to make way for the Obamas to take over.
In other words I do not trust him as far as I can throw him, and I also do not quite know what his true motives are here. But I do know people who were in the DOJ, now retired, but still in contact with people still there that say Mueller has turned his attention beyond just Republicans in this Russian collusion investigation. We will have to see if that pans out. The person I know though is as straight a shooter as they come.

I think I read the number is 7. On average a US citizen is in daily violation of 7 laws.
