And it is a terrible betrayal of the families of the dead and wounded.
I hope an alternate route can be found for them to get justice.
I am ashamed that Jeffery R. Nance disgraced the uniform I was proud to wear for three decades. Wonder how big a bribe it took to buy him off on Bergdahl. Pathetic sick poor excuse for a “judge” and no where near justice served. He needs to replace that big shiny honorable eagle with a silver chicken that he has earned. May this worthless wannabe jurist remember and regret this decision for every second of every day for the rest of his dishonorable life.

So, is this like a punitive award in a commercial case, and he makes it on the backs of the families who lost loved ones to Bergdahl’s treachery?

David Asman on FNC just interviewed one of the soldiers injured while searching for Bergdahl. Poor man. He despises Bergdahl; no possibility for forgiveness there. He used the term “FUBAR” to describe their mission; I’m a little surprised they didn’t bleep that out.

The judicial branch of our government has become so corrupted, even worse than congress.
Trump would be well within his rights to announce the Executive will take full control of the judiciary until sanity and order can be restored .
I’m VERY disappointed too.
But God has his ways.
