Trump was not the president and in the chain of command. He was a civilian. He was a real estate guy. His opinion was a civilians opinion. There is no way that unlawful command influence applies to the comments of a civilian.
This is disgraceful cowardice on the part of the judge
I could not agree with you more but in my view this turkey of a judge put the comments at the top of his considerations.
This judge and his sentence are both pathetic.
