Total crap. The Duke case was an obvious fraud very early on to anyone without an agenda. It only existed because the usual suspects on the left pushed it in order to attack their enemies.

Now these same pigs are getting back what they shoved down our throats. Why give them a life line when they’re on the ropes? Bloody foolish.

If I were an employer, I would seriously consider not hiring both men and women. It’d be an either or proposition. I certainly would avoid having them work together. Not worth the trouble. I’m sure a more crafty employer could figure out a way to make it work without appearing unfairly discriminatory.

I generally side with guys in these things.

However, texting a pic of his crotch DOES qualify as sexual harassment - would be taken as a threatening gesture by most women - and should never be tolerated or excused by thinking/saying:

“How many “sexual harassment” complaints are just inexperienced guys making childish, awkward attempts to get a woman to like him?”

Personally I think much of this explains the MGTOW movement.

The standard for sexual harassment must be kept high, and it must be proved. Rape and assault are one thing, but saying “You look nice today” or “I like that dress” is not harassment—sexual or otherwise. Furthermore, anyone who falsely and intentionally accuses a man or woman of rape, assault, or harassment must be subject to suit for damages and perhaps also incarceration.

Yea, I’m pretty much at the point that if a violent rape doesn’t happen (or is not at least attempted) with a police report at the time, or unless there’s video/audio to prove the woman’s claims, she’ll have a tough job wringing any damages out of me on a jury.

Just way too many fake claims for me to believe a damn thing these days. Look at Steinen’s daughter, Lisa Bloom. She had a pot of money and was trying to pay off Weinstien’s accusers with it (at least at the beginning). Then look at Trump, a bunch of women come forward at the last minute and ‘claim’ he harassed him...whose to say some billionaire hedge fund guy didn’t pay them millions to make the claim?

Nope...sorry, too much of this crap for me. I won’t be a part of this new cottage industry.

I have an old friend from high school who is a retired Marine colonel. He's been married four times, all unsuccessfully. Mostly he blames it on being in the Marines and not being home a lot.

But he told me one of his ex-wives used to beat up on him when she got angry. She knew that he could do nothing about it.

A Marine is not going to go to his commanding officer or law enforcement and complain about his wife beating on him. He was damned if he did and damned if he didn't.

He would be laughed out of the Marines if he said anything so he put up with it and eventually got a divorce.

He learned after four tries that marriage wasn't for him. But damn, he has some good looking girlfriends now.

I’m not on the bandwagon because sexual harassment isn’t real. If someone gropes you and you don’t report it immediately after then you’re nothing more than whore trading sexual access for future gains.

They’re used to be an old standard for women to not let themselves be alone with a nonrelated male and to resist rape violently.

That being said, I’m all for Hollywood and the rest of the libs tearing themselves apart over it. By the time they’re done ever lib organization will be dominated by women and ballless men and become ineffective.

Was at a work luncheon the other day with some colleagues and vendors. All women except for me and an older guy. The women went on for 10 minutes about how cute the copier guy is and how they alert one another when he visits the office, how good he smells and his nice butt.

Didn’t bother me or the older man, but I did think if you reversed the gender roles how it would have been considered sexist and the minority of women in the group would have felt harassed.

I worked at a bank in 1970s where one boss told dirty jokes and when I didn’t laugh he’d call me frigid, and say he felt sorry for my husband! He was old enough to be my father, unattractive, and as a newlywed I was most certainly not frigid with my husband! More like a wild animal at home in bed. LOL. That boss would scream at we women from across the lobby if he didn’t like anything we did, treating us like little kids, not adults.

Another boss would grab me from behind in the vault room, You couldn’t go in there alone, so that boss would take one of us young gals in there with him. Neither boss behaved like this when their wives were present!

I loved the job itself and needed it to be able to repay college loans. But I quit after two years of these two cads.
