From a midday report, the sheriff said the perp was “brown”, dressed in full camo fatigues, not from the area, and was shot about 5 miles from the site. Texas Church Shooter is in Southerland Springs, TX is Identified as Devon Patrick Kelly. Church members seemed to have known the perpetrator, who some call a convert to Islam
