My first thought.
Think of the evil it takes to shoot every person in a church on a Sunday morning during the service.
To me, there are only three possibilities: 1)Islam, 2)demonic possesssion, or 3)programmed killer.
Some may say one = two.
Victims range from age 5 to 72.
26 dead, 20 wounded, and who knows, some more may die.
