Another one of the governments unwitting agents of mayhem that they seed into the population.

The obvious questions of HOW this sick POS passed background checks has now been answered.

Isn’t this the sort of thing that is SUPPOSED to go on your DD-214? It’s a pretty big omission ....

That was a tragic and costly omission! Yes it was, and the dude should be reprimanded, but I am wondering if the chump wouldn't have just bought his weapons on the street somewhere?

CBS is reporting this right now. Five other charges were dropped because he pleaded guilty. One of those dropped was holding a gun at his wife’s head.

There were plenty of red flags about this guy, should have been in an institution.
Background check system is full of holes, he should have been disqualified for multiple reasons:
“In New Mexico, Kelley was kicked out of the Air Force following a court-martial two years after he enlisted for abusing his wife and reportedly hitting her child hard enough to fracture his skull.
In Colorado, he was charged with misdemeanor animal cruelty after someone saw him punch a dog several times.
And in Texas, sheriffs deputies were called to his parents house after his girlfriend told a friend he was abusing her”.
