My ex-brother in law went to SA for 5 years after he retired from the USAF to train Saudi flight mechanics to maintain their F-15s. He said it was an incredible waste of time. They were lazy and arrogant and when they weren’t they were praying all the time.
I've heard Saudi citizens described as "the laziest people in the world."
