10 years even better. :-)
It’s Warren County Kentucky. The Dems make the rules there...surprised that he was even arrested or charged.
Where is the prosecutor in all of this and why haven’t the charges been amended to reflect the Senator’s serious injuries?
Once again one set of rules for the right and minimal rules for the left!
Hopefully Rand will wind up owning this a$$hat’s home at the end of this and then he won’t have to worry about the “neighbor” thing anymore.
The degree of the injuries sustained by Sen. PAUL nnm Ame Agrivated Assault, a serious state felony.

Yeesh, is it six ribs now? Bud, you’re going to jail.
+1
Perp should be tried for attempted murder and given max sentence.
Must be a democrat hellhole with D cops, DA and Judges.
I wonder if he was paid to assault him.
I bet he was.
Assault on a government official/employee is usually a felony. Something stinks here.
Exactly. The dude wore a "beret and ascot" in the coffee house that is exactly one minute's walk from the Warren County Courthouse. Is anyone not suggesting the Warren Co Attorney and the Commonwealth Attorney weren't well-acquainted with this doofus! Certainly they share his politics...
"Boucher often frequented Spencers Coffee, a popular spot on the square in Bowling Green, said barista Ben Fox-Ezell, 29, of Auburn, Ky. Bouchers habit of wearing a beret and ascot made him conspicuous, Fox-Ezell said. Boucher often brought a chessboard and played with a friend."
Democrats ALWAYS project. CNN is projecting here in the reference to Paul allies.
It clearly matters to the presstitutes like CNN...

Wonder if his friend is a judge...
My thought was that by “sleuthing” the location of the houses, I might make an informed guess as to the circumstances, re mowing etc. Of course, the actual location is cited on the web, but it takes a little sleuthing to get to these, even.
Ironically, it was NPR that posted a Google Maps excerpt centering on the location, although they didn’t pinpoint the houses. Looking at that, I got Boucher’s house right, but I guessed Paul’s to be on the wrong side.
In Google Maps, find the Bowling Green Aiport and see where Cemetery road crosses I65 at the northeast corner. About a mile and a half southeast along the road, you come to Rivergreen Lane, just pass a small lake. Rivergreen Lane is a gated entrance. Just to the northeast, at the end of the lake, Lakeside Way cuts back to the west. Boucher’s lot with a fancy looking modern house occupies the southwest bend, and Paul’s much smaller and more traditional house is adjacent to the west on Lakeside Way.
There are photos of Rand Paul standing in front of this ( umistakeable ) house from 2010, I think, when he was running for Senator.
Paul’s lot is very wooded, with no great expanse of lawn, unlike most of the others in the area. There is a row of three or four trees along the apparent boundary with Boucher.
So, one thing I might visualize is that Paul was mowing under these trees, and was, or was seen to be, transgressing the property line. I think many of us have experience with confronations, usually verbal of course, based on such events ... so that’s my guess.
damn, one thing i never complained about was a neighbor cutting part of my lawn
